Working with most of the established and credible estate agents and builders in the Northern Costa Blanca gives us one of the largest property databases in the area, making your property search a one-stop, hassle-free task.
The way we operate, you have a choice!
You can use our search facilities to find a property from the 1000’s we have listed and then weed out the ones that don’t suite your personal requirements. Or you can fill in our Costa Blanca property finder form and let us do the work for you. From your requirements on the form we will find you a selection of properties and forward the details to you, saving you time and energy searching hundreds of websites or estate agents’ offices.
Once we have found a selection of properties you are interested in, we will arrange viewing dates and times, so you can arrange flights, accommodation, car hire, etc. for your visit.
Upon your arrival, we will arrange to meet you and accompany you on the viewings, giving you advice and any help or questions you may have. When you find the property of your dreams or one with the potential to be the property of your dreams, we can start the buying process and even negotiate the best price for you. We can help you with the legal side by offering you a selection of long established and trustworthy solicitors for YOU to choose from, if you do not have one of your own. Arrange your N.I.E number (something you must have to purchase a property in Spain) and also give you independent advice every step of the way to make your property purchase as smooth and stress free as possible from start to finish.
